Drury Inn & Suites Findlay

We were just there overnight. Rooms were very clean, pool/spa area looked really nice. They service free dinner and breakfast for the people staying with them. We had the breakfast it was really good, area was clean and well kept. Also have free freshly popped popcorn in the lobby, I believe from 4p-8p. The employees were all very nice friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Drury. We had a deluxe suite which was perfect for our family with plenty of room. The free breakfast and evening kick back was a nice perk. There was a traveling sports team that came in Saturday and the children running around the hotel unsupervised by parents made things chaotic during the kick back and into the evening. Nothing the hotel could really do about that, but made for an unfortunate experience. Other than that we would absolutely stay at a Drury property again. The room was very clean and the customer service was exceptional.

This matches the awesomeness of the Flagstaff, AZ Drury Inn! What a PHENOMENAL hotel. Finally a clean hotel! Finally clean floors. Finally clean doors. We have stayed at other non-Drury hotels on our trip and they need to learn to clean like Drury does. We also stayed at a Drury in KY and that one needed some cleaning love… but at least they were super friendly. This Drury - A+++. Will definitely go out of my way to stay again if in the area. Shout out to the front desk gal working Nov 9th in the evening/night. It was so sweet of her to let those around that popcorn was ending at 8pm. Then she went around again for last call for the soda fountain closing at 10pm. And she was cheerful and engaging with the hotel guess. Such a nice experience after a long day of travel.

If you are coming to Findlay you definitely need to stay at this hotel. Huge shout-out to Dharma Zoll who personally saw to our stay being absolutely amazing. Luxury on a budget!! This hotel has all the amenities, room service, a complementary breakfast AND dinner! Indoor pool and whirlpool!! But the best part is the friendly staff that have you feeling like they have known you all your life. Excellent service, beautiful inside and out, exceptionally clean, and just an experience you can afford! Two thumbs up and 5 stars to Findlay 's Drury Inn &Suites!!!

We are staying for a weekend family trip as the Findlay location is half way between families. The hotel is clean, and updated. The night manager Dharma is amazing. She is very friendly and accommodating to everyone we saw her interact with. She makes us definitely want to come back to this location. We will definitely be back.

Drury Inn & Suites – Findlay, Ohio My stay at the Drury Inn & Suites in Findlay was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself was well-maintained, quiet, and truly felt like a place to relax and unwind. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Dharla Zull, the manager. She was absolutely awesome professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Dharla went above and beyond, showing exceptional courtesy and making sure everything was perfect during my stay. It’s rare to encounter someone who leads with such warmth and integrity, and it truly made a difference. Customer service like this is what keeps people coming back. I highly recommend this location and look forward to staying here again!

Well I did experience an issue with the room, the hotel clerk could of done the minimum, she went beyond to fix the issue. I could tell how much they cared that I was comfortable with my stay. The food was fine and good. The only other thing is the hot tub wasn't working, so it was warm tub. If I have the opportunity again, I would certainly go back.

Best place to stay, the staff goes out and above what I would expect from a place. I saw so many things staff members did, that they honestly didn't have to do. I watched them clean snow off all of the vehicles in the lot. Dinner was done, cleaned up and put away. A lady came in with two kids. Staff had them sit down, they went in the back and made them plates so they could eat and not have to go out in the cold to find something else. My family has stayed here many times as they come from out of town for funerals, weddings, and graduations. We will continue to use this place as our home away from home.
